Case description (by case creator):

62 y.o. female had an endophytic cystic lesion measuring 4.7 x 4.1 cm with multiple thickened and enhancing septations consistent with a cystic renal neoplasm in the left mid to lower pole of the kidney. She underwent a partial nephrectomy. On gross examination, there was a collapsed, multiloculated, cystic tumor is identified measuring 4.5 cm in maximum dimension. There are no foci of hemorrhage or necrosis.
