Case description (by case creator):
A 60-year-old man had atypical urothelial cells on urine cytology. Cystoscopy revealed several lesions in the bladder that were biopsied. He had a history of bladder urothelial CIS treated with intravesical BCG therapy and 3-month follow-up cystoscopies and cytologies were unremarkable.
